Over the years, we have developed close relationships with the many stores carrying Magally Jewelry. We hope that you will decide to make your purchase locally if there is a store in your area. Please check our "Stores" tab for a list of stores where Magally Jewelry is sold.

Ordering Information

Because our jewelry is handcrafted, lead times vary for each piece. Generally, we are be able to ship within one week, but some items are more labor intensive and may take longer. We work hard to have the items on the website readily available, in the rare case that there is any problem with production we will notify you immediately. Special Orders

Please contact us if you are interested in a metal that is not pictured, a necklace in a different length, a stone preference, etc.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and to certain international destinations via insured USPS Flat Rate Box.  You will receive an automated email from USPS with your tracking number when your order is ready to ship. Let us know if you need to make special arrangements for your package. We cannot be responsible for any customs fees incurred internationally.

Repairs

We take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your jewelry for many years to come.  Depending on the piece and reason, there may be a small fee.  Please contact us and we'll be happy to help!

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note:  Special Orders are not returnable.

Necklaces, earrings and bracelets are returnable within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus the shipping cost. A 20% restocking fee may apply. The jewelry must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging.

Magally Jewlery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Jewelry Care

Please store your jewelry in a closed container or bag. This slows the natural tarnishing process of silver. To clean, wash piece with water and liquid soap, then dip in liquid silver cleaner, following instructions on bottle. Be sure to rinse well and wash piece with soap again. As an alternative, you may clean your jewelry by making a paste of baking soda and water, until it is the consistency of toothpaste. Rub mixture using a soft-bristle toothbrush.  VERY IMPORTANT:  Never use liquid silver cleaner on jewelry with pearls or porous stones, as they will be damaged.
